Customer Services - Our friendly Customer Services team are always available to answer any questions you may have about deliveries or the product ranges.  They are open from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday and on a Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.  Tel:  01823 662704

The Dairy Processing Team - Our team of 6 dedicated workers in the processing department have been with us many years.  It is their responsibility to process the milk through pasteurisation, bottling and

packaging.  Making sure all the temperatures and processes are applied and adhered to and that there is enough milk processed for the following days orders.

The Dairy Production Team - Our team of three, including 4^th generation Cottrell, Ian, tend and look after our herd of 350 Holstein Friesian cows.  Responsible for milking the herd daily plus also looking after their food, nutrition and bedding to ensuring their complete health and well-being.  Our animal husbandry is second to none.

Roundsmen - Our roundsmen and delivery team, work long and hard, through the early hours of the morning, to bring you the best quality produce on time and in perfect condition.   Delivering to around 3000 local doorstep customers and 350 businesses.

Management

John Cottrell - is Partner and Manager at Gundenham.  When John isn’t giving a talk to a school, showing a customer around the farm, out on deliveries or working in the office, he can often be found digging the latest crop of home grown potatoes.   A man of many hats but there’s not much he doesn’t know about dairy farming!

Colin Brody - is our Dairy Manager, overseeing the Processing Team and department.
